These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Mireva online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Products

Mireva sells the Color-Changing Foundation Stick, a cosmetic product for external use only. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight differences in color may occur depending on your screen. Results may vary from person to person. We recommend a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free are valid while displayed on the website and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Mireva may change prices and offers at any time; the price applied is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email. Mireva may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability; in that case you will be fully refunded.

Payment

Payment is due in full when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Returns and refunds

Your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Liability

Mireva is not responsible for misuse of the product or for reactions resulting from failure to follow the usage instructions. Stop use if irritation occurs.
