Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your Mireva Color-Changing Foundation Stick. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact Mireva within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund or a replacement.
How to request a refund or return
- Email us at contact@mirevabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please include a photo.
- We will reply with the next steps. In some cases we may ask you to send the product back; if so, we will give you the return address and instructions.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first — returns sent without instructions cannot be processed.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Mireva will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Bundles
For Buy 1 Get 1 Free and Buy 2 Get 2 Free bundles, refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
