Where we ship
Mireva ships across Canada. International delivery is also available — available options and rates are shown at checkout.
Shipping rates in Canada
- Standard Shipping: FREE, tracked
- Express Premium: 5.99 CAD, priority handling
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time and tracking
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. Every order ships with tracking: once your parcel leaves, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders shipped outside Canada, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it as long as the order has not shipped.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for several days, your parcel seems lost, or it arrives damaged, contact Mireva at contact@mirevabeauty.com and we will help you resolve it.
